Refund and Exchange Policy

The item must have its original tag attached to be eligible for a return or exchange. If there are any signs that the tag or label has been removed, we won’t be able to process your request. This is the only way we can ensure the item is truly unworn.

The item must also be in perfect condition, with no signs of wear, marks, or odors. Every piece is carefully inspected before being shipped to our customers, and we ask that returns meet the same standard.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return request using the same payment method as the original purchase. For exchanges, please email us.
